Both ‘iPhone 5′ and ‘New iPhone’ Monikers Show Up At Best Buy
We have asked ourselves (and you, dear readers) whether the next Apple smartphone, to be unveiled tomorrow, will indeed be called the iPhone 5. The iPad 3 turned out to be the New iPad and, while there is a certain number “5″ in Apple’s official invite, Best Buy doesn’t seem to get it right either, according to reports.
Both pictures, above and below, are allegedly snapped in relationship with Best Buy. The one above seems to mention the New iPhone and the color options for certain cases. The one below is referring to the same phone, this time as the iPhone 5, in the placeholder displayed. Effective dates in both cases are September 18 to October 27, 2012 but we can’t know anything for certain until we see Tim Cook on stage (probably hoping for the Apple-signature “available now” or “pre-orders starting today” keywords).
